Payment and security
How can I be sure that my online payment is secure?You can pay online with peace of mind. Purchases made on the ATS Euromaster online tyre shop are encrypted by Ogone; our payment service provider.
When will my card be charged?Payment is taken at the point of purchase and should show on your bank or credit card statement within a couple of days.
Do you store my payment details?None of your payment details are stored on our systems; we just pass the information provided in real-time to the bank via Ogone our payment service provider for authorisation.
How do I search for tyre prices?You can search for tyres by clicking on the 'Tyre Size' icon on the homepage. Then, simply select the dimensions of your tyre using the drop down menus. You can also browse our special offers or narrow your search by selecting your preferred tyre brand.
Once you have found your preferred tyres, simply click the 'add to basket' icon and select any additional or free services you require. Enter your contact details and address to find your nearest ATS Euromaster centre and selecting a fitting date and time to suit you. The final step is to pay online and we will then send you a booking confirmation via email.
I am having a problem using the site, who can I call?If you are experiencing technical difficulties with the ATS Euromaster online tyre shop, please contact our Customer Relations Team on 0870 608 8668 who will be happy to assist you. Call centre opening times are 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Your tyre fitting appointment
Can I choose which ATS Euromaster Service Centre to have my tyres fitted at?Yes, you can select the centre that is most convenient for you whether it’s near your home or your workplace. Simply enter your address and postcode on the personal details page to find your Nearest Centre.
Will I be contacted before the booking date?Your local ATS Euromaster Service Centre will contact you to confirm all the booking details.
Can I change the date or time of my appointment?We will always try our best to accommodate any changes to the booking date or time. To change your appointment, please contact your Fitting Centre directly using the contact information contained on your order confirmation email.
What should I take with me on the day of fitting?Please take a copy of your order confirmation email, which contains your unique order reference number. If your car has locking wheel nuts, please ensure that the key or socket is easily accessible.
How long will it take to change my tyres?On average, it takes about 15 minutes to change a tyre. We will have you back on the road in no time!
I’ve paid for my tyres, but received no e-mail confirmation, what do I do?Please contact our Customer Relations Team on 0870 608 8668 and we will be happy to assist you.
I have an emergency requirement, can I get my tyres fitted any quicker?If you would like your tyres to be fitted sooner than the dates available, please contact your local centre on 0800 60 10 60 and they will do their best to take your order directly.
Can I cancel my order?You can cancel your order at any time before your tyres are fitted. Please contact your Fitting Centre directly quoting your name, address, car details and the date of your appointment. The centre will cancel your order via Head Office and the full amount will be refunded to the card used for payment.
How soon will I be reimbursed?All refunds are managed centrally by ATS Euromaster’s head office. Once your refund request has been passed to head office to be processed, you will be reimbursed by the end of the next working day. We will credit the original credit/debit card unless the card has expired in which case, a cheque will be issued.
I may have selected the wrong tyre size, what do I do?It is important to ensure you order the correct tyres for your vehicle but if you are in doubt, please check the markings on your tyre wall. If you have ordered the incorrect size, please inform your Fitting Centre as soon as possible so that we can try to source the correct tyres for your vehicle. Additional costs may be incurred.
What is my personal data used for?We collect personal information from you when you shop online at ATS Euromaster. We use this information to process and confirm your order, send a friendly SMS reminder before your appointment and inform you of any delays or problems. We may also occasionally send you relevant special offers and promotions. Please tick the opt-in box on the ‘personal details’ page to be kept informed of our latest offers.
Do you share my details with other companies?Your details are only used by ATS Euromaster and its partners to fulfil your order and inform you of any relevant offers and information. We do not pass your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
How do I read the tyre markings on my tyre?
The results page is empty, what do I do?We offer a wide range of tyres online, however if you cannot find your preferred tyre or brand, your local Service Centre may be able to source it for you. Please contact your local Service Centre on 0800 60 10 60.
How do I know which brand is right for me?All of the tyres sold on the ATS Euromaster online tyre shop have a product data sheet which details features and benefits of each tyre. You will also find an independent star rating against most tyres to help you make the right choice.
If you would like to compare different patterns or brands, simply select the tyres you want to compare and click the ‘compare’ button.
What’s the significance of the star rating?Our star rating system lets you view performance ratings for each tyre at a glance. Results from a range of technical tests are grouped into a single rating.
The number of stars tells you the average of several technical test results available, based on safety, road handling and value for money criteria. This star rating information is provided by an independent company to ensure impartiality.
Are the tyres advertised in stock?ATS Euromaster carries tens of thousands of tyres in stock and can easily transfer stock between Service Centres. Your selected tyres will be either in stock at your chosen Service Centre, transferred from another Sevice Centre or ordered in time for your fitting date. If there are any issues at all, we will inform you before your fitting appointment.
What if I need additional products or services when I get my tyres fitted?Our expert technicians will carry out a Vehicle Health Check free of charge when you visit your chosen Service Centre and will advise you of any additional work required. If you would like to purchase any additional products or services from us, we will try our best to fit these for you on the same day. Alternatively, we can arrange an additional appointment at a time and date to suit you.
The tyre brand I want isn’t listed?If you would like to purchase a tyre brand that is not listed on our online tyre shop, please contact your local ATS Euromaster centre on 0800 60 10 60 and we will try our best to source it for you.
When choosing a fitting centre, the site doesn't recognise my Postcode?Instead of entering your full postcode (e.g. WN6 0XU) simply enter the first part of your postcode (e.g. WN6 4 or WN6) which will then allow you to proceed. Your postcode is only used to provide a starting point for a location map and set of directions.
Do you use fitting partners?No, all the Service Centres available for fitting are wholly owned by ATS Euromaster. This ensures we maintain the highest standards of quality with technicians who are trained to City and Guilds standard.
