Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

The “Win a Family Adventure to Dubai Prize Draw” (the “Prize Draw”) is open to ATS Euromaster’s Retail Consumers who are resident in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 and over. The Prize Draw is not open to ATS’s employees or to ATS’s marketing agencies, their employees or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this Prize Draw or to trade, business or account customers.

By participating in this Prize Draw, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

There is a purchase requirement. Entrants must purchase two or more Michelin car, van or 4x4 tyres for a single vehicle (in a single transaction) at any ATS Euromaster Centre between 1 December and 31 January 2017 (inclusive) to be eligible for prize draw entry. All products must be fitted, and all services must be carried out, at time of purchase, except for purchases made online which must be booked in for fitting or supply at the time of purchase.

To enter the Prize Draw entrants must register their details on an official entry form completed online at www.atseuromaster.co.uk/special-offers/ice-age no later than midnight on 28th February 2017. Entries made after this date will not be eligible for the Prize Draw. Entries may also be made by post by sending your name, home address, telephone number, email address and copy of your Customer Sales Receipt to: ATS Euromaster Ice Age Prize Draw, ATS Euromaster Ltd, 20 Upper Portland Street, Birmingham, B6 5TW. Postal entries must be received by midnight on 28th February 2017 to be eligible for prize draw entry. All postal entries and online entries will combined. The Prize Draw is open to customers purchasing eligible Michelin tyres through the ATS Euromaster online shop (https://shop.atseuromaster.co.uk/) or in an ATS Euromaster Service Centre. On Monday 6th March 2017, one lucky winner will be selected at random by computer from all entries to win the Family Adventure to Dubai.

The Family Adventure to Dubai Prize (“the Prize Trip”) Package for 2 Adults and 2 Children under 12 includes:

Airfare: Return flights from London to Dubai
Transfers: Return airport transfers in Dubai
Accommodation: 3 nights’ luxury hotel accommodation (4* minimum) in Dubai, sharing a family room Daily Breakfast in the hotel

The winner is responsible for all meals & drinks, excursions, attractions (other than those stated), treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, any other travel costs, insurances to cover adventure activities (as required) and any other costs or expenses.

Electronic entries must be submitted no later than midnight on 28/02/2107 on an official entry form completed online at www.atseuromaster.co.uk/special-offers/ice-age. Entrants will be required to enter a valid ATS Euromaster Customer Sales Receipt number or 'document number' to be eligible to make an entry. A copy of the Customer Sales Receipt may be required as proof of purchase. Completion of the mandatory fields is necessary to carry out identity checks to validate all entries. Entries will be checked against the name and address on the Customer Sales Receipt.

Entries may also be made by post by sending your name, home address, telephone number and email address to: ATS Euromaster Ice Age Prize Draw, ATS Euromaster Ltd, 20 Upper Portland Street, Birmingham, B6 5TW. Entrants must include a copy of their Customer Sales Receipt with their entry. Postal entries must be received by midnight on 28th February 2017 to be eligible for prize draw entry.

By participating in this promotion, entrants accept that ATS Euromaster will submit information entered onto the online entry form or postal entry to a third party (Evolve Retail Limited) so that they can validate the information provided, confirm the identity of the entrant and issue the prizes in accordance with this promotion.

Winners will be notified by 13th March 2017 by telephone.

Only one entry per vehicle is permitted.

Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible or late entries will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to eliminate entries with illegible Customer Sales Receipts. The Promoter reserves the right to dispute an entry if it believes the entry is not legitimate. The Promoter’s decision is final and is not open to challenge.

Family Adventure Trip to Dubai (‘The Prize Draw’) specific T&Cs

The Family Adventure to Dubai Prize Package is based on 2 Adults and 2 Children under 12. Amendments to the prize package to add additional children or to include children over 12 years old may be made will incur additional cost and will need to be arranged directly with the booking agent at the winners expense. Details of how to do this will be included in the information pack that is sent out to the winner.

Details of how to redeem the Prize Trip will be sent separately to the winner. The winner is responsible for contacting the Promoter to inform them of their preferred dates of travel. All bookings must be made direct with the Promoter’s designated service provider. Telephone calls are charged at National Rate.

Flights are available from major international airports in London only.

The winner and companions must each have a full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel; any necessary visas are the responsibility of the winner and their companions.

A valid credit or debit card with available funds will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into the hotel accommodation.

Hotel Accommodation is based on 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old sharing a family room. Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs where insurance cover is required for any pre-existing medical condition and/or where the winner and/or their companions are aged 70 or over.

The Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; no cash alternative is available

The Prize is subject to availability

The Prize cannot be taken between the 21st December 2016 – 2nd January 2017 (Christmas and New Year), or during UK bank holidays

The Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame. Winners must give at least 6 weeks' notice in advance of their chosen travel dates and the stay must include a Saturday night in the hotel. (Bookings are subject to availability).

All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time

Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended.

At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission.

The prize excludes UK transfers (to and from the London Airport), Car Parking at the airport, meals & drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize.

Lunch at the Chill Out restaurant is provided up to the maximum value of £15 per person The minimum age for the snow park is 2 years old.

The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for the flights, hotel stay, events or travel arrangements which are all operated by separate service providers – details for which will be provided to the winner with the Prize details. Any issues arising should be referred to the relevant service provider

Home Entertainment Package specific T&Cs

Delivery of all items is available to one mainland UK address only

Items may arrive in separate deliveries and may need to be signed for.

The winner is responsible for ensuring that all items on the delivery note(s) are checked on receipt

If stated items are unavailable then alternatives of equal value will be provided.

The prize excludes anything not expressly listed above under the Home Entertainment System Prize Description.

The Courier Company will be responsible for any damage or losses to the prizes that occur throughout the delivery period.

General T&Cs relating to the Prize Draw for the Family Adventure Trip to Dubai, the Home Entertainment Package and the DVD Prize Draw

The winners will be informed by the Promoter by telephone by Monday 13th March 2017. In the event the Promoter is unable to contact the winner of the Prize Trip (the first winner) within 30 days from the date of 1st attempted contact, the Promoter will randomly select, by computer, an alternative winner. The first winner will no longer be eligible for the prize.

The Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

No cash alternative is available.

The Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with an alternative of equal or higher value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

The Promoter cannot accept liability for any technical issues outside of their control that may prevent an entrant from participating in the Prize Draw.

Details of the winners will be available upon request by sending a stamped, addressed envelope to the Promoter’s address below after 20th March 2017.

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, vary or modify the Prize Draw as required due to circumstances beyond its control.

All information received will become the property of ATS Euromaster Limited. Entrants consent to ATS Euromaster Ltd using their names and other entry details for promotional and/or marketing purposes, unless otherwise indicated. Entrants’ names and county of residence will be made available (upon request) when the Prize Draw has finished.

Entrants agree to participate in reasonable publicity activities surrounding the Promotion, as requested by the Promoter. The Promoter will contact the entrant prior to any use of their details for publicity activities prior to such use.

Without limiting the foregoing, Entrants’ personal information provided in connection with the Prize Draw will be handled in accordance with data protection legislation and processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy. Free Hotel Break with Michelin Tyres T&Cs

Claim Terms and Conditions


• The "Michelin Hotel Break Promotion" (the "Promotion") is open to ATS Euromaster's Retail Customers who are resident in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 and over. The Promotion is not available to ATS's employees or to ATS's marketing agencies, their employees or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this Promotion or to trade, business or account customers including company car drivers.

• By participating in the Promotion, all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

• Customers who purchase 2 or more Michelin car, van or 4x4 tyres from ATS Euromaster (the "Promoter") either from an ATS Euromaster Service Centre or on the ATS Euromaster website (shop.atseuromaster.co.uk) in a single transaction between 1st October 2016 and 30th November 2016 (Inclusive) will be eligible to claim a one night Hotel Break for 2 people on a room only basis. All products must be fitted, and all services must be carried out, at time of purchase, except for purchases made online which must be booked in for fitting or supply at the time of purchase.

• To enter the Promotion claimants must register their details at atsrewards.co.uk/hotel no later than 12 midnight on 31st December 2016. Claims made after this date will not be eligible for the Hotel Break. Only one claim can be made per person.

• The Promotion entitles the claimant to a one night stay for 2 people on a room only basis at the selected hotels listed in the promotional material. Breakfast and Evening meals are not included. The offer is free of charge with no obligation to purchase meals or beverages.

• Claims must be made on an official claim form completed online at atsrewards.co.uk/hotel. Claimants will be required to enter a valid ATS Euromaster Customer Sales Receipt number to be eligible to make a claim. A copy of the Customer Sales Receipt may be required as proof of purchase. A confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours following validation of the claim.

• Completion of the mandatory fields is necessary to carry out identity checks to validate all claims. Claims will be checked against the name and address on the invoice.

• Claims may be made by post by sending a copy of a qualifying Customer Sales Receipt to: Michelin Hotel Breaks Promotion, ATS Euromaster Ltd, Marketing Department, 20 Upper Portland Street, Aston, Birmingham, B6 5TW by midnight on 31st December 2016

• By participating in this Promotion, claimants accept that ATS Euromaster will submit information entered on the online claim form to a third party (The Marketing Lounge Partnership Limited) so that they may validate the information provided, confirm the identity of the claimant and issue the gifts in accordance with this Promotion.

• Claimants for the Hotel Breaks Promotion will be sent information about their gift within 30 days of their claim being made so that they may choose and arrange the location and time at which they wish to use their gift. All bookings must be made direct with the Service Provider of the gift no more than 28 days before the requested date of stay. Telephone calls are charged at national rate.

• Any costs associated with travel to the venues, and any other costs associated with the use of the gift will be the responsibility of the claimant and are not included. Full terms and conditions for the use of these gifts can be found at www.atsrewards.co.uk/hotel/terms.

• Each customer will have 6 months from the mail sent date to make their hotel booking.

• Any extra night’s accommodation will be charged. The cost will be dependent on the chosen hotel and will be confirmed before the booking is made. Prices for any extra nights and room upgrades or use of special facilities (sea/lake view/four poster beds), are valid at the time of publication and may be subject to change.

• The Promotion can only be redeemed against the cost of accommodation at participating hotels. Participating hotels are all contracted to participate in the Promotion. The Promoter or any associated partner cannot be held responsible for any hotel subsequently declining acceptance of a booking using The Promotion. The list of participating hotels featured in the promotional material remains subject to change.

• All stays are subject to the hotel's promotional availability. Hotel availability will fluctuate throughout the year with some hotels operating strict room allocation policy.

• If for any reason the hotel and/or date is no longer required/suitable after submission of the booking, the customer will be offered another opportunity to change their choice of hotel/date. No more than one change can be made without invalidating the hotel stay. No amends can be made once the hotel stay has been re-booked.

• This Promotion does not include public or bank holiday periods in the UK and Ireland.

• Entry into this Promotion cannot be made other than strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible, fraudulent and/or late claims will not be accepted.
